Good afternoon all,
Let me again thank you for your support and understanding during a very challenging term. We will start term two as we have ended this term. The current advice from the Premier is for those families that can keep their children home are to do so. Schools will remain open for children of essential workers and vulnerable students.
This means that the majority of our students will be continuing their learning from home. I know that in the beginning we probably overwhelmed you with work and high expectations. That is just the nature of teaching, we struggle with delegating and have high expectations for all our students.
As a school we are working to identify easier to understand timetables and to vary the expectations of learning demands to suit the life demands going on in every home. I would encourage you to try to check in with your teacher in week 1 term 2, and together identify what will be achievable throughout the following weeks.
